Já lá vão uns anos desde que vi os britânicos Bloc Party no festival de Paredes de Coura, e no entanto ainda tenho as suas músicas no meu mp3. Certas coisas ficam.
Acontece que recentemente encontrei um video com o making of do videoclip "The Prayer" realizado por Walter Stern, conhecido pelos seu trabalho em "Teardrop" (Massive Attack), "Breathe" (The Prodigy) ou ainda o inesquecível "Bitter Sweet Symphony" (The Verve), e pensei que talvez fosse boa ideia partilhar esta informação. Portanto... Bom proveito!
"In the video, all members of Bloc Party are at a nightclub (which, in reality, is Café 1001, Dray Walk, Truman Brewery, London). It follows them throughout the night even though they do not appear to be doing much. Okereke is the only one who actually gets up and goes around. The other members just sit around while Okereke goes off on his own journey, whilst cigarette burn effects and other visual distortions appear."
